A group of leading US financial services companies has joined forces to launch the CEO Handshake Toolkit & Outreach Campaign. This campaign aims to transform the banking industry by promoting a “relationship first” focus. The CEO Handshake program will provide in-person meetings and online team meetups, as well as other resources, to enhance banks’ capacity to serve new business clients. It will also foster collaboration among participating bank CEOs and their business leadership and encourage partner companies to elevate their banking expectations and goals.
The program is part of the United States Bankers Association (USBA)’s mission to empower banks, raise communities, and partner with free enterprise. USBA aims to positively impact people’s lives, communities, and the nation by transforming the banking industry and fostering collaboration across the value chain.
