Fintech Agrotoken seals $12.5M in pre Series A funding.

Agrotoken, a tokenization infrastructure startup for agricultural commodities, has closed a pre-Series A funding round of $12.5 million. The round was led by Bunge Ventures, with participation from Visa, Borderless Capital, Xperiment Ventures, and Newtopia VC. This follows Agrotoken’s initial investment of $2 million from Visa in November 2023. Agrotoken plans to use the funds to continue its growth, develop new products, and expand card issuance to new countries.
