The resolution highlights the need for consistent maintenance to prevent accidents and ensure accessibility to essential services. The proposal has support from Bike Santa Fe and the Mayor’s Committee on Disability, emphasizing compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The proposal, if adopted, will proceed to the full City Council for further consideration.
